Yes! We perform inspections every six months. We make sure that your property is being cared for by the tenant. We do inspections before the tenant moves in and after they move out. We also record these inspections for documentation.
If a tenant stops paying rent and eviction becomes necessary; we will handle it for you. However, we take great pains not to place a tenant who will stop paying rent.
If you accept Section 8 vouchers for one property, you must accept them for all of your properties. However, you aren't required to.
