Additional Information
- A $35.00 application fee is required per application and is nonrefundable.
- Credit and background check is $45.00, nonrefundable.
- If you have pets or a service animal, there will be a $25.00 pet screening fee.
Job History
- Looking for a minimum of 2 paystubs.
- If self-employed, looking for up to 2 years of proof of sustainable income.
Credit
- Minimum credit score of 580.
- Negative credit reports can be grounds for denial of an application.
- We accept discharged bankruptcies, if the prospective tenant has re-established good credit.
Acceptance/Denial
- Giving false information is automatic grounds for denial.
- All applicants applying together must qualify; denial of one applicant results in the denial of all applicants.
- We will notify applicants of acceptance or denial within 3-5 business days of application. If more documentation is required, we will notify the applicant.
Responsibility of Applicant
- It is the responsibility of the applicant to inquire from The House of El about any information on the application that they don't understand.
- If notified, it is the responsibility of the applicant to accept the offer to rent by submitting a holding/or security deposit and signing a lease.
