Rent is due on the first of each month and the best way to pay is with our secure online system. You can also pay by check or money order.
That depends on the owner. If they are allowed, you will have to pay $25 per month pet fee. The pet will have to be approved and have all their shots.
There is a non-refundable fee for applying.
Rent is considered late on the fifth and the late fee is 5% of the monthly rental amount. We can't waive late fees unless you can prove that you sent the payment on time.
Forty-five days after you move out, we will return your security deposit provided there is no damage to the property. If there is damage, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Yes! At least 24 hour notice will be given. Once notice is given, inspections will occur whether the tenant is present or absent.
